Based on the R&D capabilities and manufacturing excellence, we provide the immensely improved viewing angle and brightness enhanced polarizer to the worldwide customers. By 2006, LG Chem co-developed the world's first 100"" LCD Panel. From 2009, we are leading the polarizer market as a No.1.
By commercializing 3D FPR(Film Patterned Retarder) for the first time in the world in 2010, we contributed to expand 3D TV market immensely. Using a passive 3D technology, 3D FPR creates a comfortable viewing angle and competitive price compared to SG(Shutter Glass) method.
Photo-resists improve the contrast ratio and color reproduction of TFT-LCD panel. We developed photo-resists by using our own technology and currently produce color, column spacer, overcoat, and black matrix photo-resists.
